Managing day to day cash payments of expenses (including payments required at the bank such as taxations, monthly bill payments such as rent, internet etc.);
Maintaining payment records of all expenses and invoices received in cash journal;
Maintaining a proper filing system for finance records and documents, including the electronic and hard copies of the financial documents and reports;
Ensuring proper control of the supporting documents for payments and financial reports for the projects;
Issuing due invoices for projects in coordination with the Program Manager;
Accumulating documents and providing assistance to the external auditor in charge of preparing the audit reports;
Preparing liquidity report with monthly cash flow forecast;
Supporting in activities related to Payroll and administration processes of personnel (e.g. social insurance payments);
Keeping stock of office supplies and inventory of equipment;
Ensuring timely office cleaning and maintenance of office equipment, including PCs, printers, etc;
Booking hotel accommodation and making travel arrangements as necessary for team- booking flights, car rentals etc;
Undertaking general admin tasks such managing office calls, filing / ad-hoc requests from team
We are looking for someone with:
Degree in administration, finance or accounting
A working experience of 3 to 4 years preferably in office management and or accounting
Ability to work with numbers and basic accounting principles
Experience in book-keeping and managing daily petty cash
Ability to multi-task and is detail oriented
Who is familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Drive
Good command of spoken and written Arabic and fair command of English
Working Hours and Conditions:
This job is offered on a part time basis: 3 days a week.
